Outside Time

Today is a beer day. Cocktails are, of course, wonderful but some days are just beer days. As such, I am home, having completed my errands for the day, enjoying a lovely Belgian witbier and contemplating a different sort of post. It is, after all, 2008 and I have yet to compile my top ten albums list, a yearly tradition that has been conducted amongst my friends for at least six years, if not longer. So today is a different sort of post, one focused on an aural cocktail rather than a liquid one. What follows is in no particular order, as I figure once you pass the bar ranking is relatively superfluous.

I shall soon begin posting more experiments in alcohol and January’s MxMo but, until then, I hope you find something in the list below that rings your bell—after all, music is the food of love and nothing goes better with food than wine! Except maybe a cocktail.

Happy New Year!
