		<description>Three weeks is a must! You have to wait for the tequila to draw out the color and sweetness of the berries. I actually made it four by shoving it to the very, very back of my fridge (behind the miso) so that I wouldn&#039;t see it all the time and want to try it right away.

Did you get yourself an immediate gratification cocktail? I broke down over the weekend and made a milkshake, even though it wasn&#039;t cookie-dough-peanut-butter-chocolate...</description>

That sounds perfect.  But I must wait three weeks you say?  Oi.  My patience is tried on so many levels--wait for the vanilla to infuse the vodka, wait for the tomatoes to sun dry, wait for the sourdough to sour.  Might just need to go out for an immediate-gratification cocktail on my way to get strawberries...</description>
