I’m Baaaack

Two weeks of vacation, a trip to Australia, another birthday down, a sore throat, some minor server malfunctions—it’s been quite a time around SloshedHQ. To recap:
I spent a week in Sydney and Canberra, where I: climbed the Sydney Harbor Bridge; fed a kangaroo; petted a kangaroo, wallaby and koala; saw my sister nearly get mugged by a emu; visted Sydney’s Olympic Park; rode a cable car with a glass floor and stared a mile down to my imminent demise; took the world’s steepest incline railway to the tune of the Indiana Jones theme; finally had rugby explained to me (even though the Aussies lost); and drank for about three days straight (Marlborough sauv blanc—w00t!).
For those who are curious, I’m in the process of posting pictures of my adventures.
As a result of the passing of my twenty-seventh year on ye good ship Earth, I received a subscription to Imbibe and a swanky apartment-sized wine cooler, both of which will be contributing to some interesting posts in the coming months.
That business being concluded, I’ll be issuing forth new posts shortly. I’m ready to do a little heavy mixing now that the jet lag has subsided!
