I used Bols créme de banana because I haven't found Marie Brizard's in that particular liqueur around here. (I'll buy that before any other brand if it's available.) I'm not sure how I got over it, though. I think sheer willpower. What brand on creme de Banana were you using? I made this with Marie Brizard's variety and banana was the predominant taste!
